
Mr. Martinelli is Vice President of Facilities Operations for Ivy Realty and is responsible for enhancing facilities operations and optimizing client satisfaction through exceptional team performance, utilizing innovation to improve processes, while building strong client and team relationships.
Mr. Martinelli has over 25 years of extensive experience managing facilities hard and soft services for multiple Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Before joining Ivy Realty, Mr. Martinelli worked for Sodexo, where he served as Vice President of Facilities for North America overseeing all facility operations in various corporate parks and manufacturing and distribution centers. His leadership and strategic approach have consistently driven operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Mr. Martinelli enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf and dedicating time to charitable causes and community service through the Yorktowne Club. He has served in multiple board positions within the organization, including president, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
