Ms. Rich began her career with Ivy Realty in 2004 and has held various positions within the organization including Vice President of Investments. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management.
Ms. Rich is responsible for the business plan development and execution for various industrial and office properties in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida markets. This includes oversight of operations, construction, development, leasing, financing, and dispositions. Ms. Rich also supports the underwriting and the acquisition process for her assets.
Prior to joining Ivy, Ms. Rich was the Accounting Manager for Fuji Country USA, where she was responsible for all accounting operations, internal control compliance and institutional reporting.
