Kyle Baldwin is a member of Ivy Realty’s Asset Management team, contributing to the strategic oversight and performance of the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. In his role, Kyle works closely with cross-functional teams to support business plan development, operational optimization, and the execution of value-enhancing initiatives across diverse property types.
Kyle plays an integral part in monitoring asset performance, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, and ensuring that investment objectives are consistently met. He collaborates with leasing, construction, finance, and property management teams to enhance property value and drive long-term returns for investors.
Prior to joining Ivy, Kyle gained experience in real estate investment and asset oversight at KPMG and CBRE, where he refined his skills in financial analysis, market research, and portfolio strategy.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economic and Real Estate from Villanova University. Outside of work, he is passionate about travelling, reading and cooking.
