Jeff Price is an accomplished real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate, asset management, and redevelopment across the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic regions. As Assistant Vice President at Ivy Realty, Jeff oversees the management, redevelopment, and strategic growth of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic industrial portfolio, with a focus on value-add repositioning, operational performance, and long-term asset strategy.
Throughout his career, Jeff has developed extensive experience in property management, project management, financial forecasting, acquisitions, and brokerage. He has played a key role in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining Ivy Realty, Jeff served as Real Estate Manager at Digital Realty, where he oversaw operations for data center assets across New York and New Jersey. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked at CBRE from 2013 to 2019, where he was involved in industrial, office, and land brokerage, as well as property management and capital markets assignments across both the New York and New Jersey markets. Jeff began his real estate career in industrial brokerage at Greiner Maltz in 2011.
Before transitioning into real estate, Jeff started his professional career in sales at Nestlé, where he was part of the company’s top national sales team in 2008. He later worked as a Financial Compensation Analyst at MetLife through 2010.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from Ramapo College in 2007.
