As Vice President of Construction and Development at Ivy Realty, Mr. Lyons oversees construction-related activities across the firm's portfolio inclusive of new development, ground-up construction, and ongoing asset improvements.
Mr. Lyons brings over a decade of experience leading the development and construction of complex high-rise and mixed-use projects. Having also self-performed 30+ projects ranging from corporate office, medical, and F&B, Mr. Lyons also possesses a strong general contracting background.
Prior to joining Ivy Realty, Mr. Lyons served as the Senior Project Manager at Silverman, where he led the firm’s major residential developments throughout Jersey City.
Mr. Lyons holds a Master's in Real Estate from NYU and a BA from Bates College, where he competed as a Division I alpine skier and was a NCAA Academic All-American.
Outside of work, Stefan enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and camping with his wife and daughter.
