Ms. McCoy began her career with Ivy Realty in 2018 and currently serves as Project Manager of Construction. She is responsible for planning and executing capital improvement and tenant improvement projects.
Prior to joining Ivy, she worked as a project manager for a modular metal fabrication company and an operations manager for an owner/operator of various Quick-Service Restaurant establishments. She developed extensive experience during her career in all facets of construction including, design-builds for ground-up construction projects, tenant fit-outs and remodels.
Ms. McCoy earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Dominican College and is proud of her 17-years of Scouting Leadership – five years with the Boy Scouts and twelve years with the Girl Scouts.
