Mr. DiTommaso has over 35 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate investment and is responsible for overseeing the development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions financing and overall asset management operations.
In 1996, following a severe real estate recession in the United States, Mr. DiTommaso co-founded Ivy Equities and Ivy Realty with Mr. Warren, with the initial goal of acquiring and managing distressed commercial real estate throughout the northeastern United States. Since its inception, Ivy has invested in more than 70 transactions acquiring in excess of more than $2.4 billion in assets. Over the years, Ivy has broadened its investment market to include eight states (NY, NJ, CT, MA, PA, MD, FL, and CO) and successfully invested in a diverse mix of industrial, office, retail and multi-family assets. Today, Ivy Realty is a fully integrated real estate operating company with 50 employees providing investment services, asset management, property management, accounting, construction, and leasing services.
Mr. DiTommaso earned a bachelor's degree from Princeton University in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the New Jersey chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Park owners (NAIOP) and the Board of Visitors for Seton Hall Law School. He also devotes his time to a number of local educational and civic activities.
