Ms. Gail began her career with Ivy Realty in 2003 and has held positions as an Accounting Manager and Controller. She currently serves as Vice President of Finance.
Ms. Gail directly supports the Chief Financial Officer in the company’s strategic financial planning, forecasting and reporting. In addition, she is responsible for all accounting operations, internal control compliance, liquidity management, payroll, human resources and information technology. Ms. Gail is also an integral part of the acquisition, disposition and refinancing of all investments in the Ivy portfolio.
Prior to joining Ivy, Ms. Gail was an accountant at BDG CPAs where her responsibilities included auditing client financial statements and preparing personal and corporate income tax returns.
Ms. Gail earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University.
